Average turnaround times are given below, but please note these are average and we depend on any Covid-19 directives. They are shown in working days and do not include weekends and public holidays. Your order will be shipped based on the product with the longest turnaround in your order. If you require parts of your order to be shipped sooner and this is available with the current turnaround, please place this as a separate order.

Working day cut off is 2pm UK time. E.g. if you place your order on Monday at 1:30pm (before 2pm) the first working day is Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday at 2:30pm (after 2pm) the first working day is Wednesday.

Shipping

We are delighted to offer free delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK. Sadly at this time we do not offer shipping outside of the UK. 

Your package will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.

For orders under £50 there are 3 options:

ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS SIGNED FOR

Average 3 day delivery time, no tracking but signed for on arrival

ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR

Average 1 day delivery time, no tracking but signed for on arrival

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24H

24h delivery time and tracked all the way (We recommend this option)
